Brazilian knots are good for all type of hair.

At Salon 809, the Brazilian Knots method consists of securing new hair with thin threads throughout your hair in small sections to give a better fit. This thread is elastic and prevents damaging your hair. We leave out hair at the top and sides to allow for a more natural appearance. This way, you can style your hair up or down any way you like without anyone knowing you have extensions. The hair we leave out of the extensions will cover the knots seamlessly.
Plan on being with us at Salon 809 for anywhere from 3 to 6 hours. The time varies depending on the length and condition of your hair. During your individual consultation, we will be able to give you a better estimate on how long it will take for Brazilian Knots.
Unlike other methods of hair extensions, Brazilian Knots last longer, between 3 and 4 months. We remove them professionally by cutting the knot to the stretchy thread, unraveling it for a very safe removal method.
How do I maintain my Brazilian Knots
Brazilian Knots are so easy to maintain which is why we love them and why you will too! You just wash, treat, and style your hair weekly or bi-weekly to keep the knots moist. If the maintenance on other methods of hair extensions was something that put you off, you will find great joy in Brazilian Knots.
At Salon 809, the starting cost for the installation of Brazilian Knots is $550+ plus the cost of the hair we use to create your look. Most of our clients use about 6 ounces of hair, and we charge $50+ per ounce of hair up to 20 inches in length. For longer hair at 22 inches, it is $60+ per ounce. We also require a $200 non-refundable deposit to make an appointment for Brazilian Knots.
